Welcome to the Law Office of Rodney L. Stark, P.A.  We are a full-service law firm providing quality legal representation in civil matters pending in all state and federal courts in New Hampshire.

The Stark Law Firm has deep roots in the State of New Hampshire.  Rod Stark, a life-long resident of Goffstown, New Hampshire, joined the law firm of Wyman and Bean in 1971, a firm which had been providing legal services to New Hampshire businesses and individuals since 1957.   When both Louis Wyman and Arthur Bean became superior court judges, Rod continued the firm’s tradition of providing thorough and effective service to businesses and individuals in New Hampshire.

The Stark Law Firm has three attorneys, Rod Stark, Linda Fraas, and Sherry Hieber, who each have more than 20 years of legal experience, and handle their cases personally.  Our practice is very diverse.  We offer insurance defense services in a broad range of cases, including personal injury, professional liability, and commercial litigation.  In addition, Rod has an active practice focused on the construction industry, representing contractors, design professionals, owners, and suppliers.  With our strong ties to many local businesses and individuals, we also have an active estate planning and probate practice, and advise clients on employment matters, real estate transactions, and other general legal matters.
